The Case di Torre Bertona are situated on a luxuriant hill always well ventilated and from which one can enjoy a magnificent view on the nicest and intact part of Todi, capped by the San Fortunato church.

The state road (SS) “448 Todi - Orvieto” runs across the foot of the hill.

The freeway “E45 Orte - Cesena” is only two kilometers away.

How to arrive by car:

From North A1 Milano – Roma:

Exit at Valdichiana, direction Perugia. Before arriving in Perugia, take the E45 Cesena - Orte, direction Orte - Terni. 
Proceed until the first exit for Todi (indicated Todi – Orvieto). 
Take the SS 448 Todi - Orvieto – Baschi, and after about 800 meters turn to Pian di San Martino.
Attention : It is advisable not to turn right at the first indication forPian di San Martino but rather at the second one. 
Follow the indications for  the Case di Torre Bertona.

From South A1 Naples - Rome – Milan:

Exit at Orte and take the freeway E45 Orte - Cesena. 
Take the second exit for Todi (called Todi - Orvieto). 
Take the SS 448 Todi - Orvieto - Baschi. 
After about 800 meters, take the second exit for  Pian di San Martino. 
Follow the indications for  the Case di Torre Bertona.

Alternative itinerary (from North and South A1):

Exit at Orvieto, take the SS 448 Orvieto – Todi and proceed without never exiting until you see the indication for Pian di San Martino.Important : Never exit the SS 448 even if you see an indication for Todi.

How to arrive by train

Take the train (Ferrovie dello Stato) to Terni or Perugia, then another train (Ferrovia Centrale Umbra) to Todi (Ponte Rio, Stazione Ferroviaria di Todi, three kilometers)
